LAST Saturday Rattle rode his wheel up to the Riverside Recreation Grounds. After passing through the subway at the Riverside station he started down the path to the bridge. Here losing control of his machine he rode straight into the river. With great pluck and presence of mind he rode right on, and after fifteen seconds under water was seen riding up the opposite bank. He says that he is going to suggest this as one of the events at the water sports next June...

...Dedham road-race, held last week, eight Harvard men rode. They were: J. F. Wood, H. C. Burdett, J. F. Marsden, W. D. Eaton, H. G. Hurt, E. D. Powers, A. E. Dacey and H. H. Richards. E. D. Powers was the only man that was placed, he being sixteenth. Three of the men fell during the course. The men made as good a showing as could be expected, as they were riding against the fastest road riders in New England...

Yesterday afternoon the Bicycle Squad took a trip to Dedham and rode over the Dedham ten mile course.
