This is a foul by any rules, and Dancer's Image was disqualified for such an infraction after winning the 1968 Kentucky Derby. ...A.P.E.A.'s hands are tied; it can do nothing to stop this injustice. It is up to Quincy House to act on the illegal affairs of Wednesday afternoon.
