Probably the most important “character” in Lusztig’s film, however, is her mother Miki (Sevianu??s daughter). Her recollection of the subsequent arrest and imprisonment of Sevianu, which left Miki virtually abandoned, is an important part of Reconstruction’s modern-day framing.
