...Christmas number of the Lampoon, with its four extra pages of matter, is very presentable. The best work is in the special cover by F. G. Hall and in the two drawings by R. Edwards, both of which are distinctly high class work. The centre picture, by R. H. Greeley, though original and pleasing in style, is carelessly executed.
