Delegates to the convention called for the purpose of forming an Inter-collegiate Press Association assembled in Hamilton Hall. Columbia College, at 10 A.M., December 27th. The convention was called to order by Mr. Bangs of Columbia, who stated briefly the object of the convention. Mr. Holmes of the Williams Athenaeum was then elected chairman pro tem., and Mr. Bridgman of the Amherst Student, secretary.
