After several months of discussion the Inter-collegiate Press Association has taken a definite shape and has become a reality. The aims of the association are not so ambitious as to render them unattainable. nor are they on the other hand so unimportant as to render their success or failure a matter of no consequence. Harvard, Yale and Columbia evince no desire to join the Inter-collegiate Rowing Association. Harvard and Yale experience in the old Inter-collegiate Association was far from pleasing.
