Biraja Sankar Guha of Assam, India, who is studying anthropology in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, has been named for the Robert C. Winthrop Scholarship, assigned annually to the Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology. He graduated from the University of Calcutta in 1912, where he received a Master's degree in 1915.
