Several offers have been made to the crew management by boat clubs who are anxious to have the University crews use their boathouses in case the river does not open up soon. The most likely place for the crew to start outdoor work is at the Farragut Boat Club of Lynn, as the University crews have made use of this location before and found it very satisfactory.
