...very livelihood depends on the American way of life being constantly under threat, "Global Trends 2015" was never going to be sanguine about the prospects for peace and prosperity in the years to come. (Hey, these guys have a budget too.) Still, their assessment is sobering. To be sure, even if they're only half-right, the one thing there'll be no worldwide shortage of over the next 15 years is bad news...
