There seems to be no doubt of the need for and value of courses of this nature. A reading knowledge of modern languages is necessary for a thorough understanding of literature, history, and science. Although I do not think that other institutions have offered their facilities to industries under any such a system as ours, I have no doubt but that many are contemplating doing...
