In the first place, this move of the Bursar's is nothing more than an attempt, which might almost be called underhanded, to get from the students more money to pay the current college expenses than is given by the regular stated college fees. If he will turn to Worcester's Dictionary he will find that "current" means "now actually passing," and consequently it is incorrect when writing in April to speak of the "current month of February."
