This was our third game with Princeton, and, as she was defeated in both the former games, a like result was looked for in this one. Our men, however, had to cope with a remarkably strong Nine, flushed with their victory of 10 to 9 over Yale, and anxious to hang the Harvard scalp in the New Jersey wigwam. Our Nine, owing in part to their crippled condition, but principally to their traditional weak batting, was hardly equal to the occasion.
