Gypsies. As numerous as rabbits in New Zealand are gypsy fortune-tellers in New York this winter. They rent vacant stores as combined homes & professional offices, hang up a few draperies perfumed with sweat & garlic, paw visitors' palms for considerations of $1 to $3 each.
