Wichert's farce, "Als Verlobte Empfehlen Sich," was presented at last night's meeting of the Deutscher Verein in Roberts Hall. ...Society will present for its spring theatricals this year a two-act musical comedietta, "The Campaigners." The book is by B. Taylor '01, the music by F. C. Gulick '00 and J. S. Chipman '01. The cast of the play is much larger than last year's and there is a decided improvement in scenic effects and in situations. The dress-rehearsal will probably come April 9. Public performances will be given in Cambridge the week before the Easter recess, and in Boston, Lynn, Quincy and Newton during the recess...

...Radcliffe Idler Club last night presented "Sunbonnets" to a very appreciative audience. The play, a farce comedy, by Miss Marian D. Campbell, death with the complications arising from two rival missionary societies of a village church. The characters were accurately drawn and the dialect was natural. The cast was well selected, Miss Campbell, as Mrs. Du Bois, a summer boarder, and Miss Katherine Searle, as Mrs. Butterfield, the hostess, being particularly good. The performance, however, suffered slightly from over acting, a fault common to amateur theatricals. Miss Mabel W. Daniels sang between the two acts of the play...
