Any one would surely suppose that, as the oration is the highest part, the first of those who had orations would come first; or else, if the men are printed in 4, 3, 2, 1 order, that the lowest part should be printed first. We hope this blunder will be rectified in the next report, and see no reason for not publishing the parts in the catalogue...
Fool I was! I saw my blunder...
Correction.IN the last number of the Crimson a paragraph appeared, by the courtesy of the editors, which contained a provoking blunder, entirely by the fault of the contributor, and not the least of either editor or printer. In the last article but one of the editorial column on page 75 should be read "those who failed to make up Freshman Classical Lectures," not "those Freshmen who failed to make up Classical Lectures." Readers of the Crimson will please make this correction, and accept the apologies of the contrite contributor...
...apology to the Courant. Next time it appears to make a blunder, we shall understand that it is "roughing" the Record. We had no intentions of interfering in a family quarrel, - that is, a family joke. We hope the Courant's ungallant remarks on "wanton exhibitions of feminine levity and frivolity" (i. e. young ladies' talking in the Library) are also a joke but they sound rather too serious to be quite polite...
