Slayer's Boast. Prince Felix Youssoupov has written autobiographically that he offered Rasputin poisoned wine, after first pretending to take a sip himself. When the Debauchee's potent digestion resisted liquid poison, Rasputin was induced to eat several pastries containing cyanide of potassium.
