Yesterday afternoon the 'Varsity Baseball nine played a three-inning practice game with the College Nine, winning by the score of 2 to 0. The only changes in the 'Varsity make-up were at left field and shortstop, Clarkson playing the first position, and Vincent taking his place at shortstop. Wiggin pitched for the College Nine and assisted in the coaching. Among the other graduates who coached were Jack Highlands, Upton, Clarence Smith, Mas n and Nichols. Wiggin will probably accompany the nine which starts for Princeton today...

...improved at all lately. Davis especially did not play nearly the game he is capable of, and, though an injured finger is some excuse, his throwing is apt to be very wild. Galbraith took Thompson's place at second base, but his playing was only fair, while Morse at shortstop was very weak. Litchfield at third played his usual good game, with the exception of one excusable error, and his batting has improved immensely. As a whole the nine did not play nearly the game they are capable of, and several times showed a deplorable lack of judgment...
