...freshman nine received a serious setback yesterday in the disqualification of its strongest pitcher. Coming as it does the day before the Princeton game, the nine is totally unprepared and the team which Harvard will put into the field will be considerably altered in its make-up. An accident of this kind invariably disturbs the work of the nine as a whole and we shall be suprised if under the circumstances the freshmen meet with success.
