Perhaps it is incorrect to refuse to believe the statement of the Registrar of Motor Vehicles. Perhaps the Curley car was not going over 50 miles, as has been testified. Perhaps it was not passing another car at that rate and perhaps the Governor's person is so estimable in the sight of the powers that be that he will always be miraculously shielded from harm.
