Nominations for Representative Fellows or Non-Resident Representative Fellows may be made by ten or more graduates qualified to vote for such Fellows and if such nominations are filed with the Registrar before March 1 of the year in which the election is to take place, they are communicated to the voters when the voting papers are issued to them.
