His subject will be "The Lawrence Strike and the Education of the Foreigner." Mr. Bagocius is an authority on Lithuanian immigration and labor conditions in America. He was born in Lithuania but, incurring the displeasure of the Russian government because of his radical ideas, he early fled to Germany and thence came to America.
