Osborn Hall, which is being erected on the Yale campus, to be used exclusively for recitation rooms, is fast nearing completion, and when finished will be one of the finest buildings belonging to the college, as well as the best equipped building of the kind in the country. The interior finish is almost entirely oak, the hall way and rooms being finished of that work. The instructors' desks of polished oak are all in position and the students' seats are being fast put in.
