Usage:

Burr dribbled the ball on the kickoff but Harvard failed to recover it owing to Briggs' quickness. A line play failed to gain and Honhart passed forward to Crispin. ...Foote '08 as Crispin was inimitable. His flirtation scene with Lisette, well taken by G. A. Schneider '07, showed both the players at their best. Foote's accent and delivery were very good, Foremost among the other players, E. R. Riegel '08 as Agathe brought to his part consistency, ease of diction and characterization of an order unusual in amateur theatricals. W. M. Shohl '06 as Albert acted smoothly and took advantage of the few good situations in his part. The Clitandre of M. Werthelm '06 and the Eraste of F. Dexter '08, showed rather good reading of the lines...

She appears first as a musician, then as an old woman, and finally as a soldier. Crispin, valet to Eraste, impersonating a physician, takes charge of Agathe who, in her impersonation of a soldier, has become violent toward Albert. Crispin claims that, by giving a potion, he can transfer Agathe's madness to another, if someone can be found to volunteer. Eraste consents, feigns insanity, and attacks...
