Among gifts made to several institutions by Chester DeWitt Pugsley, '86, vice-president of the Westchester County National Bank, of Peekskill, New York, 'was one, it became known yesterday, of $10,000 to the Harvard Law School, to be used for research in the codification of international law. Among the other recipients are Princeton University, Earlham College of Indiana, and the Federal Council of Churches of Christ in America. This is Pugsley's second gift to the Law School this year.
