Saturday last was the first day which the club has devoted to rifle practice. No announcement was made of any matches, but a number of members were attracted to Walnut Hill by the pleasant weather, and some excellent sport was had. This being the first shooting of the year on the part of many, the scores ran somewhat lower than will be the case later.
