...year. For the first month Sargent was tried at stroke, and then Morgan was tried for two weeks. On March 23 Sargent was taken back into the first boat where he has since remained. The only other change in the make-up of the crew was the shifting of Waid to 5. By making the rowing smooth the work at a low stroke last fall accomplished the desired end; and the crew has developed fairly well this spring.
