Active preparations for commencement are now being pushed on every hand, and the indications are that the week will be unusually attractive. The general programme for the week will be : Baccalaureate sermon by President Carter, Sunday, July 2; address before the Adelphic Union by President White of Cornell, on Monday evening; a memorial discourse on President Garfield by Dr. Hopkins Tuesday morning, followed by the unveiling of the Garfield memorial window which is to be placed in the chapel.
