Marked improvements have been made in the engineering department of the Lawrence Scientific School. The walls of the photographic room and hallway have been torn down and the entire space is devoted to a drafting room. Additional skylights and gas fixtures, new black-boards, desks and instruments make its equipment and convenience complete. The whole building has been thoroughly renovated to meet the increased demands of the department. In the basement a new photographic room has been fitted up, while on the northern side of the building a 34 by 44 brick building is being constructed...
