Some time ago we were informed that the proper support was not given the Advocate to insure its success. Then came the news that the Lampoon was in a similarly crippled condition. Such a condition of affairs as this is entirely uncalled for, and should not be endured. That the two oldest publications of the university should fail through the apathy of the students to support them, is by no means a flattering complaint to Harvard enterprise. It cannot be allowed to continue. It must be seen that success in a college publication is entirely dependent upon the interest manifested...
