Beginning today, applications for seats at the Pennsylvania game will be received from all undergraduates, whether season ticket holders or not. No applications will be received after 9 p. m., Oct. 19. Any student in the University may apply on a blank for not more than two seats. Every season ticket holder applying must enter the number of his season ticket on his application blank.
