...last Monday afternoon Sanford who is Yale's best guard, was very badly injured. In one of the centre plays he broke a ligament in his ankle, besides badly spraining the latter. Of the regular team six men,-Emmons, Upton, Waters, Lewis, Trafford and Corbett, - started in to play, and the eleven was filled out by Collamore, Blake, Mackie, Gage and Brewer.
