Before the preliminaries of the 100-yard dash, the second event of the meet, could be completed, a driving rain and wind storm made running impossible for an hour. Plans for the early spring practice for the University tennis team have just been arranged. Unless rain makes the ground too soft for play, the courts belonging to the University will be opened Monday.
