MORRISTOWN, N. J., October 23.--The individual playing in the intercollegiate golf tournament began here today with the qualifying and first rounds of eighteen holes each. Five of the sixteen men who qualified were members of the Harvard team. They were: Hollins, Murdock, W. E. Egan, H. C. Egan, and Brown.
