...last hard practice yesterday was less encouraging than any since the Yale game. A good deal of time was devoted to the usual routine of signal practice, after which the 'Varsity lined up with the second for twenty minutes of fairly hard football. All of the 'Varsity players with the exception of Cabot, Warren and Sawin were out again, and entered into the play. It now seems very doubtful whether Cabot and Warren will have recovered sufficiently to permit their playing Saturday. Swain is fast recovering from his injury, but will hardly be in proper from for the game...
