...Arthur Gilman, secretary of the Harvard annex for women, has made his second annual report. During the year, 47 ladies have been enrolled in the classes, 16 of whom were students last year, and the majority of whom followed the classic courses, including the ancient languages. So much of the work was special that 29 classes were formed, under the direction of 8 professors, 3 assistant professors and 12 instructors from the university.
