Indeed, Annenberg was the place to be on the night before Halloween. The scene was an eclectic mix of vanilla cupcakes, chocolate cupcakes, candy apples, and candy corn. ...Arch of Triumph, an imposing stone monument commemorating domestic resistance to Japanese colonial rule in the first half of the 20th century. At 200 ft.
