Richard Norman Clark '32, of Atlanta, Georgia, is the recipient of the Richard Perkins Parker Scholarship for the year 1930-31, it was announced yesterday at the office of Dean A. C. Hanford. Established in 1923 in memory of Richard Perkins Parker of Salem by his friends and members of the class of 1922, the scholarship is awarded annually to a member of the Junior class on the basis of his character and ability as demonstrated by his participation in the activities of the College.
