Hoffman reported in The Spectator last week that El Paso, Tex. last year had the highest pulmonary tuberculosis death rate in the U. S., 201.3 deaths per 100,000 population, followed by Little Rock, Ark. with 154.4. Large Negro and Mexican populations also up consumption death rates in Southern and Southwestern cities...
