Major Radcliffe Heermance, U. S. A., has assumed command of the Harvard S. A. T. C. unit relieving Colonel Williams, who at his own request has been transferred to more active service. Major Heermance was graduated from Williams College in 1904, and received the degree there in 1906, and later at Harvard in 1908, and Princeton in 1909.
