GERMANY Al-Qaeda Arrests In an apparent breakthrough in the effort to apprehend members of al-Qaeda, German police arrested two Yemeni men in a hotel at Frankfurt airport. The arrests were made at the request of U.S. officials, who suspect the men of being members of the terrorist network.
