Usage:

During Ramadan, you can forget business lunches. Typically French, Italian, Chinese and Japanese restaurants close down for renovation and maintenance during Ramadan. The same is true for pubs, night clubs and cinemas. Do not expect to be served beer, even at hotel restaurants that remain open during the period. (Some five-star hotels in a couple of countries have a single bar open offering alcoholic drinks to foreigners only.)
