Mr. King has a number of copies of the last Register left. We commend it to the attention of freshmen and others who have not seen it.
The new penny evening paper, the World, seems to have started out with a good opinion of Harvard men, and yesterday expressed itself as follows: "It is rumored that the Yale students propose to receive Oscar Wilde after the manner of the welcome extended to Count Johannes some years ago...
"Yale," says the New Haven Register, "should let Princeton and Harvard bear off the undisputed palm for rowdyism and boorishness." That would be an excellent thing for Yale, no doubt, but the boys are likely to make a good fight for that "palm" yet. - [Herald.
Mr. King's "Final Issue" of the Register is still meeting with favorable comment, and a large sale. "Our French Visitors," from the same publisher, has also met with great success.
