In a vain search after reputation as a brilliant reporter, the unscrupulous newspaper man hunts around for exciting news. When none can be found, an inaugriative brain has been known to concoct falsehoods and publish them with brazen effrontery. Colleges especially are exposed to this newspaper pest. For that reason she is assailed, but with an animosity which is far out of proportion to the Boston element in our population.
