Lynch took a bus down from Tulsa to Slidell, Louisiana, in St. Tammany Parish. She apparently told relatives she was going to join a church. According to Sons of Dixie papers seized by Louisiana law enforcement authorities, Lynch was assessed on categories such as "Honesty," "Klannish Practices" and "Ambishous."
