...went to their quarters. The boats and steam launch got there yesterday morning. As soon as the crew reached their quarters they took a short spin in their shell, and were coached by Bancroft in the launch. The crew carried with them two paper shells and a Blakie pair oar. The Columbia race Saturday will probably take place at 3 P. M. The Yale crew is expected at New London in a day or two. The general impression at New London is that Harvard will beat Columbia Saturday, but after a close race Yale will beat Harvard next week...
