Julia Child used to frequent this famed foodie haunt, a carnivore’s fantasyland that stocks every cut of meat imaginable and provides its products to local restaurants like Upstairs on the Square and Radius. Perusing the butcher’s section, I overheard a market employee apologetically tell one dejected customer that Savenor’s was out of ostrich fillets. Shame. Wild boar meat suddenly caught my eye.
