The Mandolin Club played best in the more delicate selections, "La Susana," and "Salome." The innovation of an accompaniment by the Mandolin Club to the Glee Club's songs was particularly successful.
The Banjo Club's first number, a medley of negro melodies, was ragged. The rest of their playing, however, was better than their work of last year. "Back to Barracks," by R.G. Pratt '00, was given with dash and vigor.
