This is, concisely, the plot of "Third Finger, Left Hand," involving Myrna Loy, Mclvyn Douglas, and plenty of healthy nonsense. Myrna and Mclvyn make ideal partners, outsmarting and nonplussing each other in that sadistic spirit that unravels itself into love.
