Dining in Spain isn't always delightful, of course, and visitors who don't venture beyond the hotel and museum districts may wonder what all the fuss is about. Delano shoots in black and white, but he prints in black and gray. His photos look as if they've been rubbed with charcoal and might smudge if touched.
