That a dual meet between Princeton and Oxford to be held probably July 30 may now be considered almost a certainly is assured from a statement made yesterday by George M. Murray, graduate athletic manager at Princeton, and by a cablegram sent to the Princeton authorities by Captain Rudd of the Oxford.
